Pricing

We use Stripe to process payments securely. Stripe charges 1.5% + 20p per transaction for standard cards. This is taken at the point of sale.

Pre-entries Service Fee

We add a small fee per entry, per event:

• Local/Regional Events: 25p
• National/Major Events: 50p

Example

For a £10 entry:

• You receive: £9.40
• Stripe takes: 35p (1.5% + 20p)
• We keep: 25p

Refunds

We do not charge for refunds. However, the original transaction fees (1.5% + 20p + 25p Pre-entries service charge) are non-refundable.

• Before the first entry deadline, refunds include only the original fees.
• After the deadline, refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser.
